Rule 13
Keeping records of citizenship certificates

According to section 15 of the Act, records of citizenship certificates shall be kept as follows –
(a) Details related to citizenship should be kept in a systematic manner and these details can be kept electronically.
(b) District administration offices should send the monthly statement of citizenship certificate distribution to the ministry.
